Tom Brady's $11,500,000 Miami mansion takes shape as the NFL icon prepares to relocate to Creek Island.

Tom Brady has a penchant for the better things in life, which has increased since his retirement from the NFL last year.

The 46-year-old has more free time and will spend more time at home. A mansion for the seven-time Super Bowl champion must be massive.

His $11.5 million Creek Island house in Miami is nearing completion. The site on which

the mansion is being built was purchased for $17 million with Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bündchen about three years ago.

Brady and Bündchen split after 13 years of marriage in October 2022.

The mansion's landscape is coming together, with several palm palms and a large lawn set out with a waterfront swimming pool.

His new home will also contain a basketball court, which appears to be in the early stages of construction.

A tree-lined driveway will lead to a multi-car garage on the property.  The home is right on the sea, with a golf course behind it
