Caitlin Clark's popularity has a huge impact on other WNBA teams.

Caitlin Clark's popularity is out of this world right now

and other WNBA teams are profiting from it as well.

The Washington Mystics announced on Thursday that their matchup against the Indiana Fever

on June 7 will be moved from Entertainment & Sports Arena to Capital One Arena due to "unprecedented demand".

This will allow them to accommodate more than 20,000 fans, up from 4,200 in their current arena.

They are not the only team to do so; the Las Vegas Aces announced in early April

that they will also relocate their July 2 game against Clark and the Fever from Michelob Ultra Arena, which seats 12,000, to T-Mobile Arena, which seats 18,000.

The Clark phenomenon is generational, and it may take a long time before another star has the same impact on sports.
